COVID-19 & SHIPPING

We want to be fully transparent with our customers and keep everyone informed about their order and what is going on regarding shipping and COVID-19.

We work very closely with a printing and fulfillment partner and due to the global social distancing measures and the effects of COVID-19, processing and shipping times have been delayed because of the pandemic. The pandemic is causing extensive challenges for our business and industry in so many ways we could never have expected or planned for and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

At this time, the projected ship date is currently 2-5 weeks (our orders have always shipped in 2-7 days prior to the pandemic). We've noticed most orders shipping within 2-3.5 weeks, and this all depends on where you live, as there are different Safer At Home orders in effect in different cities.

During this unprecedented time, we're asking our customers to please allow orders to take up to 27 business days to ship during COVID-19. We've made every order have free domestic shipping since the onset of COVID-19 to help with the longer than usual wait times.
